League Updates

As a reminder, e have officially changed our name to Central Mass Youth Soccer League.  MAYSL is no more, and hopefully no more confusions with Mass Youth.  We will be updating our website a little more in the coming weeks for a fresh launch this fall season.  Make sure you visit us at www.cmysl.com for registering teams, schedules, and other pertinent information Below are some reminders on key dates as we get our final preparations for the season underway.

Adult Registration Process

The process is slightly streamlined, so please make sure your members who are required to complete the trainings and annual registration are getting started. The website has been updated here. In order for our registrars to approve rosters all coaches must have everything completed.

State Requirements

Initial Fall Insurance filing should be done with MA Youth is now due. Please make sure this and the your annual leadership reports are complete with the state

Fall Season

All waivers for out of town players are now due.  Please make sure they have been submitted and you are approving those for your town.

Aug 12th: MAYS Registrars start the final team approval process. Coaches CORI, Concussion, and SafeSport status should be complete. Player(s) without waiver will not be accepted till waiver is granted

Aug 13th: Scheduling started, please make sure all field availability is submitted prior to this date.

Aug 26th: First games on Saturday

Sep 3rd & 4th: Labor Day – No games

Sep 30th: Final Fall Insurance filing should be done with MA Youth

Oct 7th & 8th: Columbus Day – No regularly scheduled games - Games can be played on Columbus Day (If both teams agree)

Nov 4th:  Last weekend for games
